a 28 yr old pemberton twnship man died last nite (Fri.May 30 08)following a single vehichle accident on Powell Road in Eastampton NJ police said.According to police,William Lowrey was driving east on road between Knights Bridge Road and Woodcrest Road at 9:50 pm when his vehichle left the roadway and crashed into utility pole.Lowery who was alone in the vehichle,was pronounced dead at the scene.An investigation into the cause of the accident is still ongoing.The accident was the 17th motor-vehichle fatality to occur in Burlington County this year,according to police statistics.
